The Mississippi Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors was established by the state legislature in 1928. The Board's mission is to safeguard life, health, and property, and to promote the public welfare by providing a complete and thorough registration process for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors, ensuring that each is properly qualified to practice in the state of Mississippi. The Board also regulates the practice of engineering and surveying in the state through investigation and disciplinary authority granted by Title 73, Chapter 13 of the Mississippi Code.

  • The next scheduled Board meeting will be Thursday, June 7, 2012, beginning at 8:30 AM at the Board's office in Jackson, 660 North Street, Suite 400. There is also be a meeting scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, August 1 & 2, 2012, beginning at 11:30 on the 1st, also at the Board's office.

  • 2012 Licensure Renewals

  • To check the status of your 2012 renewal, simply go to the License Search and Roster button (above/left). We encourage all licensees to use the online licensure renewal system. Just click on the last item on the left side of our home page, and begin. You must have all your PDH at the time of your online renewal. Renewal of Firm licensures can not be done online; those invoices were mailed in late November.Email us if you need another invoice.
